Future of Environmental Law Symposium
The Legal Practice Section in conjunction with the Law Society of New South Wales, will be hosting its Future of Environmental Law Symposium in Sydney on Thursday, 26 March 2020.
The focus of the symposium will be on the role of the Commonwealth in addressing the key environmental challenges facing our country, with many of those challenges becoming more complex as we face a drying climate, more extreme weather events and the devastation of habitats from an ever-increasing bushfire season.
The event will be an excellent opportunity to debate the review and potential reform of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conversation Act with practitioners, policy makers and academics.
The event will be followed by a dinner at Bond Cafe: 111 Phillip Street, Sydney.
Please note, there is a limited number of dinner tickets. Tickets will be available until sold out.
