Administrative Law Committee
The primary purpose of the Administrative Law Committee is to assist the Federal Litigation and Dispute Resolution Section and the Law Council with the development of views for submissions on matters relating to administrative law and policy. This is consistent with the pillar of the Law Council’s Strategic Plan 2015–20 that the Law Council will “promote the development of good laws, appropriate law reform and the administration of justice”.
The Committee liaises with bodies such as the Australian Law Reform Commission, and the Commonwealth Attorney-General's Department.
